Software Company Ltd. was founded in August 1996. The company is located in Bulgaria and specializes in software development. We offer a high quality services with a professional attitude and competitive prices. Our partners are software development firms from Europe and USA. The company is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
We participate in software development projects on international level with overtaking design, coding and testing. We work in the following areas:
- Custom software development for Windows.
- Web sites and Internet aware software.
- Database management software, Data Warehousing, Data Mining.
- Video encoding, decoding, capturing, MPEG, Direct Show.
We use mainly Visual C#, Visual C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio. We have experience in work with:

- Databases– Microsoft Analysis Services, OLAP, MS SQL Server, MS Access, MySQL.

Quality management system
Quality management system is implemented in the company according to the ISO 9001 standard. The system covers project management, coding, testing and training processes. The system is certified by BVQI Deutschland GmbH.
Estimating the efforts
Software Company uses the following two methods of estimating the efforts:
- By time and materials. The price is based on the time spent by the programmers of Software Company Ltd. Daily or weekly the programmers write a review with the time they spend and the work they do. This method is suitable for big software projects.
- By fixed price. The price of the work is fixed before the starting of the project and it is not dependent on the real time spent by the developers of Software Company Ltd.
